All rates for Sun Bay Unit 4 include cleaning fee and deluxe linen package.Deluxe linen package includes: high quality sheets and pillow cases made on every bed; bath towel for each guest hung in bathroom; and an initial supply of soap, garbage bags, and other toiletry items.
Most rental companies charge up to $125 extra for similar linen packages. We include this service at no cost to you.
Once we receive your request, your reservation will be confirmed and booked through Atlantic Beach Realty. Their professional staff handles all payment arrangements and will gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Checks, and Money Orders.
All reservations subject to 12.75% occupancy and sales tax. Unlike most rental companies, which charge "reservation" or "admin" fees of $50 or more, no additional charges are added to the rental total. All reservations subject to a $250 REFUNDABLE security deposit Check In Time: 4:00 pm. Check Out Time: 11:00 am.
